Return Policy
Every buyer has the right to return his received items to Mount Valley Clothing Company within 30 days (deadline: receipt of goods). Excluded are articles, which have been declared as Outlet-Goods or are discounted already. For returns and exchanges, the items must be returned in perfect hygienic condition, otherwise the right to exchange or return will be lost. The return costs must be paid by the buyer. Even if the order was with free shipping. Each returned product must be registered at our customer service. To return an article please use our contact form on our website.
